Fuel Distribution Automation and Intelligent Management Systems

There is a very important known rate in large infrastructure constructions. They say: "About 40% of the total expense budget during the construction of an infrastructure belongs to maintenance and fuel elements". This is a very important diagnosis, because any improvements to be made in these expense items will bring serious profitability to the entire project. Now the following question comes to mind: "What kind of measures can we take for maintenance, malfunction and fuel monitoring in construction projects, mines or places such as port facilities"? A systematic approach is needed to optimally improve maintenance, malfunctions and fuel items. At this point; "Mimware" software and hardware offers useful solutions for fuel, maintenance and fault optimization (improvement) to such enterprises.

First of all, let's take the "fuel expense" item, which is worth gold for projects. Equipment, construction machinery, trucks and other vehicles working on projects produce work with fuel (diesel, gasoline). If this production is interrupted, the profitability of the project will decrease. Therefore, the "Fuel Automation and Management System" to be installed should definitely not interfere with the daily operation. The fuel automation system is an important module of the entire solution. Fuel Automation systems are a structure based on identifying vehicles in mines, construction sites or projects and not providing fuel to vehicles that are not authorized. In fuel automation, one RFID, MiFare or Barcode / square code is defined for each equipment. Vehicle recognition systems in the form of RFID or Mifare are more secure than barcode/squarecode applications and better prevent lost leaks or abuses in fuel, because it is not possible to duplicate them. However, in applications such as barcode / Squarecode, the barcode / squarecode on the vehicle becomes open to abuse by duplicating (mostly with a photo). For this reason, the "Mimware VID" solution is one of the most secure methods for vehicle recognition system. RFID Ring prompt, RFID tag system, Mifare tag system, such as a non-copying structure, makes an identification that deduplicates all equipment on construction sites. Thus, vehicles that are not authorized in the field cannot buy fuel. The "Mimware VID" vehicle recognition and fuel automation system ensures that only authorized vehicles receive fuel. Most importantly, it also works with all functions (offline) even if there is no coverage or internet. This feature is important for projects spread over large rural areas.

Is it enough to have only a powerful vehicle recognition system to prevent the loss and leakage of the fuel in question? Of course, it can't be enough on its own. Fuel distribution automation is just one element of a complex system. It is important, but it is not enough. Deeper analyses are needed to see the abuses in places where bulk fuel is supplied, such as mines, centimes, port areas. At this point, the "Mimware Intelligent Fuel Management System" is offered to those in need as a solution that observes all fuel storage and distribution elements from end to end and offers deep analysis to business owners. Our system makes the following measurements from end to end:

Measurement of the fuel entering the main fuel tanks

Monitoring of the current fuel level (Diesel/Gasoline) in the main fuel tanks (level meter/probe)

Observation of the current water level caused by evaporation in the main fuel tanks (level meter/probe)

Main tank sudden fuel level drop alarms and warnings

Main tank fuel temperature measurement and opafety correction

Measurement of fuel deliveries made with dispensers, fuel pumps and fuel transfer sets connected to the main tank

Measurement of fuel deliveries made in the field with Mobile Tankers

Measurement of the place (location) information given to the fuel during fuel distribution

Collection of important data from the field during fuel distribution (Machine ID / Operator or Driver ID / Company name / Subcontractor name / Kilometer (Km) information / Working time information / Day and time information)

The ability to work with all functions offline and online

The collection of important data from the field is one of the most important details of our system, because when we collect this data regularly, we can answer questions such as which equipment, which company or subcontractor, which operator, when, how much, at what km, at what working time, where did it get fuel. Then, in the light of all these data, we are able to provide very detailed reports to the business owner with our software analyses. Even if there is no Internet or coverage...

The Intelligent Fuel Management System also takes into account the efficiency rates by measuring the temperature while doing all these things.

Thus, the system works with an accuracy of 0.2%. At this point, it is important to know that Mimware Intelligent Fuel Management System is integrated with all automations (tts) and vehicle tracking systems (ats), but it is not just a software solution. It is also an orchestration of many industrial devices working in the field. These devices are of industrial construction and in accordance with field conditions

they were being manufactured. They have features such as atex, exproof, IP65, IP67.

We also think it is important to share some information before ending our blog post. Mimware Intelligent Fuel Management System is also integrated with all other programs, devices, ERP solutions. This is one of the most important factors of our selection, especially by large companies.

This order also has another pillar, such as malfunction, maintenance management, but we would like to explain it in another blog post. Because that topic is also very important and quite detailed.

Best regards.
