Intelligent Maintenance and Fault Management System

In our previous blog post, we gave information about fuel automation and intelligent fuel management systems. Now we would like to talk about another activity, namely "Maintenance and Fault Management", which increases service continuity for construction sites, Iiman, mines, factories, energy production and distribution infrastructures and reduces expenses a lot in the medium term.

One of the most important pillars of production is working machines. Mechanical, electrical and electronic components, as well as all the elements that produce work, are necessarily doomed to deteriorate and become useless one day. However, before reaching this point, it is possible to maximize the life of these mechanical or electrical equipment that we operate and gain in return, to increase its usefulness. Of course with a disciplined maintenance and fault management...

For a disciplined fault and maintenance management, it is necessary to use a fault and maintenance automation software that will monitor this issue. The number of machines that do the work owned is directly proportional to the size of projects or corporate companies. Nowadays, a very large number of machinery and equipment pools of very large companies make the use of some kind of maintenance and fault automation software mandatory.

A fault and maintenance automation software; at least the equipment that does the work, if possible, every part of it should be in a structure that monitors its maintenance and fault processes. At this point, we would like to talk about the features that distinguish and highlight the "Mimware Fault and Maintenance Software". Our solution, which is easy to use and so comprehensive, meets all the needs related to fault and maintenance tracking.

Mimware provides solutions to an important problem that companies need with its "Intelligent Fault and Maintenance Tracking software". Our software is adaptable to all sectors as it can perform part-based maintenance and fault tracking. In general, we can think of these sectors in a broad framework such as "construction", "mining", "companies providing fleet services", "factories", "energy distribution companies", "energy production companies (GES /HES/RES)".

Naturally, the only expectation from a fault and maintenance automation software should not be the monitoring of maintenance... The solution should also be user-friendly and should be able to provide the following benefits to its users.

There should be an integrated solution to all ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Logo, Uyumsoft, etc.)

It should be able to be an integrated solution to other third-party software solutions used by customers

There should be an integrated solution with business units such as warehouse, stock, purchase, tier

It should be supported by I Dec ( communication between machines) and should be able to collect data from projects from the field

There should be a maintenance software suitable for all sectors for companies dealing with a lot of business issues

There must be a suitable solution for parts-based maintenance (e.g. tire maintenance, filter maintenance, belt/bearing maintenance, etc.)

It should facilitate the work with ready-made maintenance and fault forms

Must have ready-made work order forms

It should show weekly or monthly maintenance in a simple way from a screen, such as a Breakdown and Maintenance calendar

Should give advance warning or alarm for upcoming maintenance

It should give a warning or alarm for extended troubleshooting times

Should be able to measure the performance of the units responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting (Level work performance measurements)

Should be able to calculate MTBF (Average time between Decrements)

Should be able to calculate MTTR (Average repair and maintenance time)

It should ensure that the material lists related to maintenance and malfunctions are displayed

Should be able to calculate material and labor expenses

The software should have features such as notes, messaging, document management system in itself

There should be maintenance and malfunction mobile application support for use in the field

Maintenance and malfunction mobile application should be able to work with all its functions even if there is no coverage or internet in the field (offline scenario)

Maintenance and malfunction mobile application should be able to work with identification elements such as square code, barcode, rfid in the field

With the maintenance and malfunction mobile application, data such as "project", "equipment", "user", "location" should be able to be collected from the field

Most importantly, it should also be low-cost/priced maintenance and fault software

There should be a very comprehensive and dynamic reporting infrastructure

When there are all these features, a meaningful maintenance and fault automation software solution can be had.

We would like our customers to know that all these features and more are available in "Mimware Intelligent Maintenance and Fault Automation Software"...

Best regards.
