Frequently Asked Questions

Does the system work offline (without communication coverage)?

▪ Yes, the system works “offline” with all its functions. We provide this with mobile device remote area management. ▪ Only the ”Instant Probe Level Alarm" function requires an internet connection, because here you will be asked to see the main tank instantaneously.

Is the Mimware solution a Cloud/Cloud solution?

Yes, cloud/cloud is the solution…

Do you have any limitations due to the embedded software on the devices you use in your solution?

No, we have a flexible structure. Since we also make the embedded software of the devices we use, we have flexibility in the development of the solution

Can any mobile device work at another fuel point of the project?

Yes, but the correct fuel point selection needs to be made from the mobile device.

If the mobile device is lost, does the fuel operation stop in the field?

No, the fuel operation is not stopping. In this case, it is possible to provide fuel by converting the system to manual bypass. During bypass fuel operation, the mobile fuel board continues to record data. Handicap: How much fuel you know what you're giving If the mobile device is lost, does the fuel operation stop in the field?and where you're giving it, but you don't know which vehicle you're giving it to. For full control in the field the mobile device should be replaced quickly.

Is it possible to transfer fuel without VID?

We distribute Master VID cards only to authorized personnel. If the customer wants, master VIDEO card to some points it may be possible with its distribution.

Does your system require calibration or maintenance?

“No” for the Mimware IFMS Fuel board... it does not require both. Due to Coriolis technology... However, updated dispensers may require fuel transfer units.

Can Mimware be integrated into existing meters?

▪ Yes, this may be possible by adding the Mimware IoT Box (if the meter number is not digital, this will also change must). ▪ For mechanical enumerators, it is possible to integrate using “pulser & encoder”, but we do not recommend it, because the pricing is very close, but such converted systems cause both a lot of error margin and a lot of failures

How can you be sure that the correct or close value is taken when “Working Hours” and “Km” are taken in the field?

Mimware IFMS knows the work shifts and the possible Maximum Working Hours/Km of any equipment in the field, this is therefore, when entering 'Km' or 'WH' into the system, IFMS evaluates the entered variable, compares it with the last variable and entered if the value is meaningful, the system accepts it. Otherwise, the solenoid will not open the valves and will not allow fuel passage. In this way we force the fuel transfer operator to enter the correct Km and WH values.

Subcontractor/company/construction site etc. in your software. is there a distinction?

Yes, we can define the desired number of subcontractors, construction sites, locations. Thus, it can be seen which part is spending what fuel.

Do you receive location information during the fuel transfer operation?

If the customer wants “yes“ / If the customer wants ”No". There is this mechanism in the system, but we can turn it on/off. In addition, it is possible to get more detailed information automatically by installing a canbus reader on the machines for further analysis

Can we define the vehicle or equipment fuel tank capacities to the system – for detailed controller?

Yes, we can define the fuel tank capacities and provide controllers to the system for each vehicle. For example, a kind of machine or it can be given fuel with a preset value just to give the vehicle “100 lt” fuel, or daily/monthly/annual fuel to any vehicle its ration can be defined.

Before starting the fuel transfer, can you assign any amount as a preset value and ensure that so much fuel is supplied?

Yes

Can we use Android/iOS mobile devices as a Mobile Device?

It can be as long as there is a Zone1 / Zone2 / Industrial device.

Does your solution work with stock logic to cover the entire system

Yes, it can also be integrated into other party software if desired.

What is the sensitivity in the main tank probe systems? Is opafet taken into account? Is the water level measured?

the maximum accuracy is 0.2%, and the water level is measured with the same accuracy, and the accuracy correction for fuel is are made.

Is there an emergency value correction in the transfer sets?

With mimware coripolis hardware, yes...There may be problems with updated systems ( Dispensary / mobile or main transfer sets ).

Do you offer instant level tracking solution for very large and unified tank islands?

Yes, our solution is also capable of observing large and unified tank islands.

Does your solution support other languages?

Yes, rapid adaptation of popular languages is possible. We can fit all the words that are passing on the software screens into the other language matrix and quickly switch to other languages. While doing this, we also take into account the menu dimensions so that we do not have any visual problems.
